Privacy policy

What we collect

When you get in touch, ask for a quote or ask for a file, we collect what you give us in the form: your name, email, company and role, your message, and for a quote the canopy, the size, the site location and the wind zone.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, prepare your quote, give you the files you asked for, and follow up on that enquiry. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone outside Insol, other than the services that run this website and our email, and only so they can do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them for your enquiry or project, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies that it needs to work. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It sets cookies, and Google processes the data for us. We don't use it for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you're outside New Zealand, your local privacy law may give you similar rights, and we'll honour them.
